The Flame Towers - Azerbaijan

Bakü, Azerbaijan

Rising over Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, the Flame Towers stand out as one of the most prominent symbols of modern urban design and contemporary architecture. Comprising three towers designed with inspiration from the form of flames, the complex was brought to life through CCN Holding’s strong engineering and construction expertise. It has become an iconic part of the city’s skyline, bringing together architectural aesthetics, advanced engineering solutions, and functionality.

With a total construction area of 259,000 m², the complex combines hotel, residence, and office functions within a unified structure, offering integrated solutions for diverse living and working needs. Designed to meet the requirements of modern living, the towers offer a versatile model of use with residential areas providing high standards of comfort, accommodation facilities meeting international standards, and contemporary office spaces.

The high-tech glass façade system reinforces the architectural character of the towers while creating a dynamic appearance that integrates with their surroundings. By day, the towers blend harmoniously with the city’s natural landscape, while at night, their LED lighting systems create a striking visual experience that brings movement and depth to Baku’s skyline. Reflecting the form of flames, this lighting design reinterprets the theme of fire, one of Azerbaijan’s cultural symbols, through a contemporary architectural expression.

The Flame Towers are not merely a building complex; they are an iconic urban project where technology, aesthetics, and functionality converge. As one of CCN Holding’s prestigious international projects, the Flame Towers have become an integral part of Baku’s globally recognized modern urban identity and stand out as one of the iconic structures embodying the city’s vision for the future.
