The Shusha Hotel & Conference Center, delivered by CCN İnşaat, was built in Shusha, a city distinguished by Azerbaijan’s historical and cultural heritage. As one of the key projects in the region’s reconstruction and development process, the complex aims to contribute to Shusha’s repositioning on an international scale through its modern accommodation and event infrastructure. With a capacity of 371 beds, the facility was planned as a versatile center serving tourism, diplomatic, and cultural activities in the region, with meeting and event spaces in addition to its accommodation facilities.

Designed with a modern architectural approach, the complex features comfortable hotel rooms, multipurpose conference halls, meeting areas, social spaces, and advanced technical infrastructure. With these features, the complex provides an ideal setting for national and international conferences, official meetings, cultural events, and events of varying scales. Developed with a functional planning approach, the project features a spatial layout that prioritizes user experience while ensuring operational efficiency.

Designed with an architectural approach that respects Shusha’s historic fabric and natural surroundings, the structure brings together the cultural identity of its location with a contemporary design language. The technical solutions and structural infrastructure used in the project were developed in line with international standards and implemented with the aim of creating a long-lasting, safe, and sustainable structure.

Going beyond its function as an accommodation and event venue, the Shusha Hotel & Conference Center represents a significant investment symbolizing the resurgence of Shusha, Azerbaijan’s historic capital. Supporting the region’s tourism potential and distinguished by its capacity to host international events, the project is positioned as a prestigious development that contributes to Shusha’s cultural and economic development.
