Qebele Administration Building & Residence

The Qebele Administration Building & Residence Project, developed in Qebele, one of Azerbaijan’s cities renowned for its natural beauty and tourism potential, was designed as a comprehensive building complex bringing together public administration functions and accommodation facilities. The project was developed for the Special Affairs Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and aims to support the efficient operation of administrative activities in the region through modern infrastructure.

With a total construction area of 12,546 m², the complex is situated on an expansive site of approximately 100,000 m². Designed with a functional planning approach, the complex brings together administrative units and residential areas within a unified architectural framework, addressing both administrative and accommodation needs.

The project establishes a balanced relationship between a modern architectural approach and the region’s natural surroundings, while the buildings and site layout are complemented by extensive landscaping to create a holistic site concept. The design approach, which prioritizes user comfort and operational efficiency, was implemented in line with the high construction standards applied throughout the project.
