Located in Iași, Romania, the Iași Regional Emergency Hospital Project is a strategic project that reflects CCN Holding’s strong expertise in international healthcare infrastructure investments. Supported by European Union funds, this prestigious investment aims to advance the region’s healthcare capacity to higher standards.
Designed with a total construction area of 199,477 m², the project is the largest of the three major regional hospitals planned in Romania.
Upon completion, with a capacity of 850 beds and 20 operating rooms, the project will be positioned not only as a healthcare facility, but also as one of the region’s most comprehensive and modern medical centers.
The project stands out not only for its capacity, but also for its environmental performance and sustainability criteria. Designed in accordance with nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, the hospital is being developed as a modern healthcare facility integrating highly energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable technologies. As part of the project, a photovoltaic park comprising solar panels is planned to be constructed.
During the 44-month construction period, the construction of the hospital and the procurement of medical equipment will be carried out through an integrated approach. This holistic model will enable the hospital to deliver advanced, fully equipped, and sustainable healthcare services from the moment it becomes operational.
Iași Regional Emergency Hospital is a pioneering investment that demonstrates CCN Holding’s engineering capabilities, international project management experience, and commitment to high quality standards, while adding value to Europe’s healthcare infrastructure.
