Bilgah Villas

Located on Baku’s Amburan coast, Bilgah Villas is one of the distinguished residential projects we have developed as CCN.

We completed the first phase in December 2009 and the second phase in June 2012. We aimed to create a modern residential complex that harmonizes with the region’s natural setting and offers a high quality of life.

Across the construction area, the project brings together a total of 80 villas, social areas, sports facilities, and extensive landscaping within a single development. On an expansive 800,000 m² site, we undertook all works on a turnkey basis—from infrastructure and landscaping to roads, water lines, and storage systems. Drinking water and irrigation tanks, sewer and stormwater lines, pedestrian pathways, and extensive green area landscaping were among the key components we integrated into the project.
