Baku Premium Villas

Developed in one of Baku’s distinguished residential areas, Baku Premium Villas is a high-quality housing project we undertook as CCN Holding, where design, engineering, and implementation are integrated under a turnkey construction approach. Initiated in November 2010 and completed in phases by March 2012, the project consists of 53 private villas—each with its own architectural identity—across a construction area of 60,583 m².

Developed in collaboration with various Turkish architectural groups for concept and detailed design, the project elevates modern living standards through its unique villa typologies, expansive landscaped areas, and comprehensive infrastructure planning. With 136,280 m² of landscaping, 18,782 m² of asphalt works,

27,000 m² of pedestrian pathways, and over 160,000 meters of infrastructure lines, it has become one of the most comprehensive developments in the region at the residential scale.

With its turnkey scope encompassing both infrastructure and landscaping, Baku Premium Villas offers a holistic residential model tailored to the needs of contemporary living. Throughout the project, coordination of the technical office, budget planning, time and cost management, and executive reporting was carried out within a disciplined framework.
